VAPOR BLASTING

Vapor Blasting or Mist Blasting is a unique process that is much more effective, effective and environmentally friendly, leaving you with best quality surface finish every time. It is a process for removing contaminants from a surface, or finishing a surface using pressurized water and abrasive blast media.

Ajat Philippines, Inc. uses the following equipments in getting things done ahead of time:

• Blast 400T. Towable blasting equipment with option of compressor abrasive blasting trailer. It is designed for middle to high production projects.
• Blast Twin2. It is engineered with the features that will make projects more productive and efficient. Not to mention its twinline feature.
• Blast 300. It comes with a galvanized blast pot, stainless steel crash frame, control panel, plumbing and components, and UV-protected poly tank.
• Blast 100. It is hand-truck with wheels, making it easy to move around the project. Capable of handling any projects (cleaning and surface preparation).

HYDRO BLASTING (WET)

Hydro Blasting is also called "Water blast cleaning". It is a technique which uses sheer force of water from a pressurized source to achieve the desired cleaning effect. Hydroblasting effectively removes a wide variety of tough dirt in difficult-to-reach points in a safe and efficient manner. The water stream can be focused even on small areas so that it can selectively remove coatings without damaging the nearby surfaces. Our Blast 40H comes with wheels making it easy to move around. It is electrically driven pumps.

Sandblasting (DRY)

Sandblasting is used to prepare a surface prior to painting and/or other applications. It is commonly used to strip paint from machinery and metal, but it has many other uses as well. It is the act of propelling very fine particles of an abrasive material at high velocity toward a surface in order to clean or etch it. It usually done with the use of special purpose machines and equipments.
